Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Conditions:
  • Brand New and Unopened: Products must be in brand new, unused, and unopened condition with intact packaging.
  • Original Accessories: Please return all accessories and freebies that came with the product.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are to be borne by you, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Complete Documentation: Please provide a copy of the official receipt or proof of purchase to expedite the processing.

Returns Shipping fee:

  •  Free return shipping if the item is:
    • Damaged during transit
    • Defective or materially different from the product description
       Customer pays return shipping if the reason is:
    • Change of mind / Wrong size or specification chosen

2. Return Process

  1. Pre-Approval Required:
    • Contact us via 📧 sales@ciclove.com to initiate a return.
    • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Authorization:
    • We will verify eligibility within 2 business days and email you:
      • Approved return shipping address
      • Unique Return Authorization Number (must be marked on the package)
      • Step-by-step return instructions
  3. Ship Return's Package for usplease return back the package for us wthin 3 business days   after we agree your request of returns.
  4. Get Refund and Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 days.

3. Inspection & Refund

  • Processing Time:
    • Refunds are issued within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refund Method:
    • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., Visa, Google Pay).
    • Allow 1-7 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.

4.Exchange

  Sorry, we don't accept exchange.

5. Other

     No restocking fees apply.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Please kindly note that as long as your “customized order “ hasn't been shipped , we will only refund you total shipping cost (product cost can not been refund). if they are shipped, we are sorry that we won't accept order cancellation.

A. For Order cancellation within 24 hours and the order status shows “awaiting fulfillment”, we will refund 80% of the total price. (20% of the cost refers to the advertising and promotion expenses, order processing labor costs, raw material preparation costs and other miscellaneous cost.)

B. For Order cancellation after 24 hours ,and the order states shows “awaiting fulfillment”, within the processing time,we will refund 50% of the total price (After 24 hours, the factory has already begun to make your item, and related products materials have been purchased, and the workers related to the production has done preparatory work, or that we have purchased the product which can not be returned to the suppliers).

C. For Order cancellation after 24 hours ,and the order states shows “awaiting fulfillment”, exceed the processing time,we will refund you 70% of the total price.

D. If the order status shows “shipped”, we are sorry that we could not accept any order cancellation.
